At Kairos Counseling Services, Alex believes that quality client care extends beyond the therapy room. As Office Manager, he is dedicated to creating efficient systems and providing operational support that allows both clients and clinicians to have a seamless, positive experience. His goal is to ensure the practice operates smoothly so the clinical team can focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care.

Alex attended Shenandoah University and brings professionalism, compassion, and a strong commitment to service in every aspect of his role. He oversees many of the day-to-day operations of the practice, including administrative processes, scheduling support, billing coordination, insurance oversight, technology, and practice operations. Working closely with the Kairos team, he helps create an organized, welcoming environment where clients feel supported and clinicians have the resources they need to succeed.

Alex believes that even the work happening behind the scenes has a meaningful impact on each client's experience. Whether he is improving office operations, solving problems, or supporting staff, he approaches every task with integrity, efficiency, and a genuine desire to help others.

Outside of the office, Alex enjoys staying active at the gym, spending time outdoors, traveling, trying new restaurants, and making memories with his family, friends, and his dog.
