We offer a range of mental health and supportive services designed to provide compassionate, individualized care for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Individual Counseling
Individual therapy provides a supportive, confidential space to work through emotional challenges, life transitions, relationships, and mental health concerns. Our clinicians tailor treatment to your individual needs, strengths, and goals.
Couples Counseling
Relationships can go through difficult seasons. Couples and family counseling provides a supportive space to improve communication, address conflict, strengthen relationships, and navigate changes together.
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers the opportunity to build skills, gain support, and connect with others facing similar challenges. Groups may focus on coping skills, emotional wellness, relationships, recovery, or other specific needs.
Substance Abuse Assessments
We provide comprehensive substance use evaluations to better understand an individual's history, current concerns, and treatment needs. Evaluations may be completed voluntarily or when requested by courts, attorneys, employers, or other referring professionals.
Medication Management
Our psychiatric providers offer comprehensive evaluations and ongoing medication management for individuals who may benefit from medication as part of their mental health treatment. Care is individualized and can complement counseling services when appropriate.
Drug Testing
Kairos offers confidential 12-panel urinalysis drug screening for personal, treatment-related, employment, or court-related needs. Testing includes documented results and is completed with professionalism and confidentiality.
Weight Loss Surgery Evaluations
We provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for individuals preparing for weight loss (bariatric) surgery. These evaluations explore emotional and behavioral readiness, mental health history, eating patterns, coping strategies, support systems, expectations, and the individual's ability to adjust to the lifestyle changes associated with surgery.
