You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
Intake Appointment
Rate: $180
An initial therapy session that provides a supportive space to begin your care. This appointment is focused on getting to know you, understanding what brought you to therapy, and introducing the therapeutic process.
Together with your therapist, you’ll discuss concerns, ask questions, and identify goals, helping to create a personalized plan to guide your work moving forward.
Individual Psychotherapy
Rate: $160
Ongoing therapy sessions that provide a supportive space focused on you. Sessions may be weekly, biweekly, or monthly and are tailored to your needs and goals.
Together with your therapist, you’ll explore challenges, build helpful tools and strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Couples & Family Counseling
Rate: $160
A couples or family therapy session that provides a supportive space to begin your work together. This appointment focuses on understanding relationship dynamics, shared concerns, and the goals each person brings to therapy, while introducing the therapeutic process.
Together with your therapist, you’ll discuss challenges, ask questions, and identify goals to help create a personalized plan for your work moving forward. Please note that couples and family therapy is rarely covered by insurance.
Substance Abuse Evaluation
Rate: $350
(No checks accepted)
A confidential, nonjudgmental evaluation designed to understand your unique needs and identify supportive next steps. This process includes a review of substance use history and relevant factors to guide thoughtful recommendations and treatment planning.
Psychiatric Intake
Rate: $300
A comprehensive evaluation with our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, including a review of your medical history, intake paperwork, and current symptoms. An individualized treatment plan will be developed to support your mental health needs.
Psychiatric Follow Up Visits
Rate: $180-$300
Ongoing visits with your Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner focused on reviewing medication effectiveness, making adjustments as needed, and supporting your overall mental health. Sessions may also include a brief therapeutic component, which can affect the visit rate.
Drug Testing
Rate: $60
A 12-panel urinalysis drug screen that provides a comprehensive report. Testing may be used for court-mandated requirements or personal purposes, with all results handled confidentially and professionally.
Cancellation/ No Show Policy
Fee: $100
Appointments canceled or missed without at least 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $100 no-show fee. Thank you for helping us respect our therapists’ time and appointment availability.
