Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Tatiana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with individuals with various mental health struggles and addiction on an outpatient basis, inpatient and intensive outpatient programs. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cameron University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in Oklahoma and graduated with a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Tatiana has experience working in group settings, substance abuse and works with individuals on an outpatient basis at Kairos Counseling. She is bilingual, fluent in Spanish. Tatiana enjoys working with adults, adolescents, families and couples. She aims to create a warm accepting environment and is empathetic, encouraging individuals to become who they want to be. She meets people where they are and utilizes a client centered approach incorporating CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused techniques. Tatiana is committed to helping those in need and provide support, encouragement and acceptance when facing difficulties and/or challenges.
