Casie earned her bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management in 2022 and brings exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and a heart for serving others to her role as Office Administrator. Known for her reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail, she plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Kairos Counseling Services. Whether coordinating behind the scenes, assisting clients, or supporting the clinical team, Casie approaches every responsibility with dedication, integrity, and genuine care.

Casie believes that excellent client care extends beyond the therapy room. She understands that a well-organized, responsive, and compassionate office helps clients feel more at ease while allowing clinicians to focus on providing exceptional care. Her calm presence, positive attitude, and commitment to helping others contribute to the welcoming culture that defines Kairos Counseling Services.

Outside of work, Casie enjoys spending time with her husband and children, listening to music, caring for animals, and surrounding herself with plants. She values family, meaningful connections, and creating environments where people feel comfortable and supported.
