Callie Price, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Callie graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor's of Social Work. She continued her education at Virginia Commonwealth University with a Masters of Social Work. Callie has clinical experience in the school setting conducting risk assessments, behavior management, and advocating for families' needs.  She also has experience with parent reunification, parent skills training, and therapeutic visitation.  She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and parents, with a special interest in the mental health of student athletes. Callie utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, solution focused interventions, and motivational interviewing when working with clients. She believes the most important components to therapy are a relationship with her clients and working alongside them to achieve their identified goals.  She looks forward to supporting and assisting clients in their journey towards an improved self.
