Meeting You Where You Are. Helping You Grow.
Life doesn't come with a roadmap, and sometimes the challenges we face can leave us feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or uncertain about what comes next. Clinton believes that healing begins with feeling genuinely heard and supported. He is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where clients can openly explore their experiences, recognize their strengths, and build the confidence to create meaningful change.
Clinton earned his Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Eastern Kentucky University before pursuing his Master of Social Work at the University of Kentucky. His diverse professional background has allowed him to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of settings, including schools, community-based services, in-home counseling, mental health assessments, and outpatient therapy. These experiences have strengthened his ability to understand each person's unique story while tailoring treatment to their individual needs.
Clinton's therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply rooted in meeting clients where they are. He believes every individual has the capacity for growth and healing, and that therapy should empower clients to discover practical solutions while building lasting resilience. His goal is to provide encouragement, support, and evidence-based tools that help clients navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.
He incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based approaches to create individualized treatment plans that promote lasting growth and emotional well-being.
