As an Office Administrator, he works diligently behind the scenes to ensure the practice operates smoothly, helping both clients and clinicians receive the support they need.
Nick earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree. He brings exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a dependable work ethic to his role. Whether researching complex billing concerns, identifying the root cause of problematic accounts, improving office processes, or resolving administrative challenges, he approaches every task with patience, precision, and a commitment to excellence. He enjoys solving complex problems and takes pride in finding solutions that strengthen the overall experience for both clients and staff.
While naturally quiet and humble, Nick is always attentive and engaged. His thoughtful approach, reliability, and willingness to help make him an invaluable member of the Kairos team. He believes that the work happening behind the scenes plays an essential role in supporting exceptional client care and ensuring every client has a positive experience.
Outside of the office, Nick enjoys working out, exploring hiking trails, and discovering new restaurants. He appreciates opportunities to recharge, continue learning, and spend quality time with family and friends.
