Tatiana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with mental health and substance use concerns across a variety of care settings. She brings a calm, compassionate approach and is committed to helping clients feel heard and supported.
She earned her Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Tatiana works with adults, adolescents, families, and couples, including individuals navigating substance use and recovery.
As a bilingual clinician fluent in Spanish, Tatiana values providing culturally responsive care to a diverse range of clients. She strives to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to talk openly and work through life’s challenges. She understands that starting therapy can feel intimidating and takes care to make the process feel comfortable and approachable from the very first session.
Tatiana takes a client-centered approach, meeting people where they are and tailoring care to their unique needs and goals. She uses evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused techniques. Above all, Tatiana believes in the power of empathy, encouragement, and collaboration, and is honored to support clients as they move toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
